Within the small-scale and minahang bayan area, chromite-rich laterite zones were also identified. Exposed ultramafic rocks underneath the laterite veneer hosts massive to disseminated chromite deposits. CCIL signed an agreement with small-scale miners and minahang bayan members for Chromite Sand Supply.
NICKEL LATERITE

The province of Dinagat Islands is well-known for world-class Nickel Laterite and Chromite Deposits.
CCILMMRC is in a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with Claver Mineral Development Corporation (CMDC) over a Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA) as a mining contractor on July 9, 2014 and was officially registered with the Mines and Geosciences Bureau on September 11, 2014. The MPSA covers about 433.97 hectares and is under the jurisdiction of Cagdianao, Municipality of Claver, Province of Surigao Del Norte.

CCIL Mining and Mineral Resources Corporation’s subsidiary company, Million Link Chrome Limited (MLC), is in a JVA with several Small-Scale Mining Permit (SSMP) owners within the Municipalities of Candelaria and Masinloc. Several Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA) and Exploration Permit (EP) license areas are currently being assessed and evaluated by CCILMMRC’s technical staff for possible property acquisition or JVA. Million Link Chrome Limited constructed a modern processing plant in Barangay Pinagrealan, Candelaria for the purpose of upgrading low-grade chromite and tailings for overseas market. The processing plant can process up to thirty thousand tonnes of marketable chromite sand monthly.
CAGAYAN PROJECTS
Cagayan River and Marine Sand Dredging
In 2012, a publication “The Mineral Resources at the Lower Cagayan River” by the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office 2 in Tuguegarao City evaluated the mineral potential of the lower Cagayan River. This river is the major drainage system of the Cagayan Valley comprising of the provinces of Vizcaya, Quirino, Isabela, Cagayan and portion of Cordillera Administrative Region.
The Dredging Permit is in conjunction with the Provincial Governments’ Project in deepening and realigning of the Cagayan River to reduce or totally eliminate bank erosion and flooding within the lower municipalities dissected by the colossal Cagayan River.
LUMPY IRON ORE

A rapid reconnaissance survey was conducted covering Ronquillo Mining Corporation’s (RMC) Exploration Permit area. A detailed geological mapping of Ventura prospect and its vicinities – located west of RMC’s mining claims in Barangay Batong Labang in the City of Ilagan, Province of Isabela – was implemented.
A JVA was signed between CCILMMRC and Ronquillo Mining Corporation in 2012. The agreement involves the Batong Labang property of RMC with an approved Exploration Permit under EP-II- 000015 covering 1,308.765 hectares.
COPPER & GOLD
Davao Oriental
CCILMMRC and the company’s trading arm, Classic Centre International Limited (CCI), is involved with small-scale mining operations for high-grade copper in Calapagan, Mati, Davao Oriental. Two (2) small-scale workings are being mined for high- grade lumpy copper ore for direct shipping. Several other mine workings within the area also supply Cu ore to CCI. Two prospects within the area, the Dalangin Prospect and the Oliver Prospect, are mineralized with skarn-type mineralization near or at the contact with the diorite and the host rock units, and vein type copper mineralization cutting the host units.
